Week 1: Give Yourself Grace Challenge



This week’s focus: Rest, Recharge, and Release.

 

Let’s be honest—life gets hectic, and it’s easy to forget to slow down. But grace isn’t just something we give to others; it’s something we need to give ourselves too.

 

For the next 7 days, let’s work on letting go of perfection, releasing guilt, and making space for rest.    Here’s the challenge:

 

💖 Week 1 Challenge: One small act of grace for yourself each day.

       •      Day 1: Let yourself make a mistake without beating yourself up.

       •      Day 2: Say no to something that drains your energy.

       •      Day 3: Take 10 minutes to unplug and just be.

       •      Day 4: Compliment yourself—out loud.

       •      Day 5: Forgive yourself for something you’re holding onto.

       •      Day 6: Do something you love, just because you love it.

       •      Day 7: Reflect on the week. What did giving yourself grace teach you.


Let’s grow together and remind ourselves that we are worthy of grace.
