I am dedicated to help others pursue their dreams and passion. It is important to pursue the things that set your soul on fire. The very thing that you think that no one think that matters, but you really enjoy doing, that is what you are truly passionate about. However, so often we spend so much time pursuing other things that are of no value to our destiny!
Pursuing you takes determination and meaningful exploration even when others may not deem it popular. Early on in my life, I knew I was called to help others. I enjoyed and was fulfilled when I was able to help others reach their goals, serving in areas where some did not feel compelled to go such as serving the homeless and working on the hospice unit in the hospital. I remember one instance quite vividly when I was in nursing school and I went to a clinic to volunteer and a homeless man walked in the clinic. He was dismissed by many, his clothes soaked in urine down to his socks, disoriented and in need of healthcare noted by some wounds that indicated he was in a fight. I immediately went over and begin to help, removing his soiled socks and started to clean the wounds on his feet. I remember the feeling that this is someone's son, father, uncle or brother and I wanted to ensure he got what he needed. This was part of my purposeful passion journey and it was just the beginning.
It is time you take some time and pursue those things that give you life and purpose. When you do that one thing it simply does not feel like work but what you were designed for. What is it that you are called to do? I’d love to hear from you, share your thoughts in the comments.
